Ingredients
- 2 packages raspberry Jell-O (4 1/2oz each)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cans blueberry pie filling (21oz each)
- 2 cans crushed pineapple, not drained (13oz each)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water in a large bowl.
- Add pie filling and pineapple with juices. Stir to mix well.
- Pour in to a 9x13 pan and place in fridge to chill.
- Make the frosting by blending the soft cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together.
- Spread over firm Jell-O mixture and chill.
- Enjoy!
